Went with my 13 yr old daughter. We get there at 4:45pm. We were not aware they closed at 6pm. I wanted pedicure, acrylic nails taken off and SNS. My daughter wanted a full set of acrylic and her toe nails painted with gel polish. When we went in they were busy. The lady helping me was super nice. She took me to sit in the pedicure chair and gave me stuff to soak off my nails as we waited. My daughter sat in the chair beside me. The lady helping me got everything ready and started on my pedicure. My daughter had to wait. Which was fine we understood. When the lady came over to do my daughter's toes, she was completely hateful to her. Being her mom I spoke up. I asked if they could soak her feet and cut her cuticles but not complete pedicure, my daughter doesn't like them. The lady helping me said it should be okay. I even told them I'd pay for a complete pedicure. When the lady helping my daughter came back over, she said yeah I'll do it but won't do her nails. She said she didn't have time because they close at 6. I said okay that's fine just paint her toes and do her nails. The lady was so pissed off that she just kept talking in her language and was extremely hateful. The lady helping me just apologized. Another lady came in and wanted fresh SNS...she was told not today come back tomorrow. This upset the lady helping my daughter even more. She made fun of my daughter, then started talking her language and pointing at my daughter. My daughter was upset and so was I. The only reason I'd give this place a star is because the lady helping me was super nice, and you have to give it something. Needless to say after we got our toes painted we paid and left. The lady helping me apologized again. I told her it was okay that I appreciated her being so nice. I wasn't sure what we done to upset the other lady so bad. She said idk. Seems to me it's common for this lady to treat customers this way. Best part she's the manager. Who ever owns this place you might want to get a new manager. I've been a long time customer here....but I will not return after this!!
service sucks and the women doing my toes was talking about me in a different language. i'm 13 the woman talking had to be at least 40 idk if her name was "lee" but that's what people were calling her. i don't recommend me and mother will not be going back.
Hidden charges when checking out. When asked they respond "oh you didn't see that sign". Did not social distance. I asked to skip the hot stones for massage and they did not. Polish did not last. Will not return
Fantastic nail techs, they are always willing to talk and give an opinion if you need one. Everyone here is fantastic and has always been super sweet to my daughter.
I hate going anywhere else because we are so well taken care of here.
