While the owners and staff go out of their way to be kind and make an effort. Pass on the pedicure. $35 for a mediocre service of all the basics but lackluster foot massage and staff member talking to her family member in hushed voice throughout my entire service. Not a relaxing treat as I had hoped for. Larger cities offer an upgraded basic pedi with foot and leg mask for $30-35. Not a great value for a so- so experience. I may go back as it's close to work, but plan to be very underwhelmed
They don't do dipping powder manicures. They have the powder, but they use the noxious, toxic liquid for acrylic nails to bond it and use a gel UV-cured topcoat. The whole point of dipping powder is that it is healthy for your nails, but that isn't the case if you don't use the full system. I am in town visiting and came here on a whim but I'll never go back. The man who filed my nails made them extremely crooked. He clearly has no idea how to shape long nails and shouldn't have attempted to do mine. They also don't have sample nails for the powder so you have no idea what color it's going to turn out until it's finished. So now I'm left with thick, crooked, poop brown nails - wasted two hours and $60 + tip (I don't know why I was charged more than advertised). One woman tried to "save" the color by adding glitter gel topcoat but it still looks awful. Her customer service is the only reason I'm giving more than one star.
This place provided terrible service! There were five nail techs trying to service way too many people! I paid them for have my service and didn't even get polish on my nails. So disgusted and wasted three hours!
