I have been a customer at this salon for 27 years. The young women who work there are always very friendly and competent. This Christmas my husband brought me a $100 Gift Certificate for me to get my nails done. In the confusion of Christmas morning, the gift certificate got scooped up with the Christmas wrapping and was thrown away. I appealed to the store manager and she said she would contact the owner and get back to me. After three days, I called her again and she informed me that there wasn't anything they could do to help me. My husband went over to see if he could call the owner directly but they would not share his contact information. If that is how they treat loyalty then I will be taking my business somepl else from now on.
I had an appointment at 2:00
At 3:00 my tech was still working on someone else. I travelled 15 minutes each way, waited one hour and walked out. Not going back.
I've always had great service and pedi/manis here. Clean and affordable! I would recommend calling ahead.
came into LA Nails for the first time today, and i was very pleased with my experience!! the staff is very friendly, the store is clean, my toes turned out great! i will definitely be back :) i walked in, and it was steadily busy the time i was there. i'd recommend making an appointment, even if it's same day.
So I'm going to be nice due to Covid.... but I went for a Pedicure this past weekend and the lady not only clipped my nails to the point of bleeding, but she brushed my shinbone so badly it's still tender five days later. Won't be back...
