My nails were looking a bit rough so I took a chance to drop by. They were so kind to tell me they could take me in 15 minutes, I chose to wait. Looking through tons of colors I finally settle on one. As promised, the tech wrapped my nails to soak, as I requested. The pedicure had nice warm water and a magic massage chair. The tech did a good job on my toe nails but my heels are still rough. That's one growing edge. Another is I saw the customer next to me get a divine foot massage. Not to be negative, I didn't get that service.
The dip powder looks fantastic -- the tech did really well. Surprisingly she gave me a brief hand massage, which was super nice. Overall, a good experience.
I'm traveling to Utah for a week and needed my nails done. I needed dip powder with a design and this place had it and was also close to the airport. The nail techs are all 3 Cambodian sisters and are so sweet. We talked a lot and when I tell you she did my nails SO thoroughly like I get my nails done every month and never been to a place that goes through so many steps and takes care of nails like this. She did dip powder and then gel for the color. She told me the price for the design per hand and even mentioned it would be cheaper if I did two designs instead of all of my hands. Was a bit of a wait when I came in but definitely worth it :) if the owners are reading this, I wish you all a great year and hope you get to visit home soon
Normally wouldn't write such a negative review but after this last visit I felt inclined to. Don't bother booking an appointment, they will make you wait almost every time. If another customer walks in and one of their only three workers is available they will help them regardless of how many appointments they have.
This visit though was the worst yet. After waiting for 1 hour, they finally had me seated. When I asked them how they were going to handle the situation, they told me to just leave. I have been going there for over a year and have waited patiently EVERY time. This was the last time I am ever going there. Honestly, if you want something fast go. But this was absolutely ridiculous and their customer service is terrible.
All they want is money. Forget about anything else.
This was a last minute stop for my daughter and I. It was close too closing but they took us in any ways. Excellent customer service and and the ladies were very welcoming. We will definitely be back again.
be aware that the traffic is pretty bad in front of their place due to local construction. There is parking outback.
