I recently moved to Missouri but last year while I was visiting family here I desperately needed to do something with my hair. I found Eclips down the street from where I was staying and walked in. That's when I met Jo. I don't know why but I put my hair in her hands and was blown away by such a beautiful job she did with a new style and a new hair color. The only problem I had was that I lived 1,000 miles away at the Jersey Shore. Since I hadn't been back in Missouri until recently I had let my hair grow out again. I decided on a whim to call Eclips today hoping Jo was still there and if she was available today. She was!! I decided to stick with my natural color but had her cut and style my hair as she had the 1st time. The style is fabulous and it makes me feel sexy and young again. She has magical fingers and a great imagination on what works for her clients, at least this client. I trust her completely and she doesn't disappoint!!! Jersey girl is in the house.

After booking with Jo. Abby proceed to talk badly about a customer an even went to the lengths of posting about the customer on social media, bad talking the customer an making fun of them.
So I've used this hair salon for years, even my grandmother has. She's actually very close to one of the hair dressers mothers so it's a family thing to use this salon. Jo, at the front desk usually does a fantastic job. This is extremely uncalled for and EXTREMELY unprofessional. I pray someone reads this and thinks twice about EVER BOOKING ABBY CHARTRAND
I have never been to a salon that listens to my every need. I have lived in St Louis for 6 years and kept going back to my home state to get my hair done because I could never find someone I truly thought would listen to me. Kari was amazing and such a great listener. She did everything I wanted and it turned out amazing!!!! This will be my salon from now! The price was great and very affordable.
