Every time I go here to get my nails done they come out like crap. They're always rushing because there always under staffed the only person that does nails is tony and he is not vary good at it my nails are always crooked. And I ask for simple designs and he can't do them but it's call " vi design nails " and there over priced never going back again. Last time I was there it took 3 and a half hours for a full set and pedicure my appointment was at 3:00 didn't get seen till 4:00

The pedicure was great but the guy who did my nails kept cutting me and filing my skin.... my hands have never looked like this the day after a set... and I ended up paying way more than he told me it'd be after all was said and done.. def won't be going back

I made an appointment for today at 2. I get there and no one greets me. There are only 2 people working. One is doing nails one is doing pedicures. The guy at the front tried to act like I didn't make an appointment. But luckily the appointment book was out. And Low and behold there is my number. Then he tells me I have to wait behind 5 people getting their nails done. Don't be fooled by their Instagram account. This place is cheap and unprofessional. I walked out and will never return. Don't go here.

This has to be the worse nail salon in CT. I made an appt to get a pedicure by Van since she uses that illegal razor on the bottom of your foot a month ago. I went there last Saturday at 9 am to see if she had time to squeeze me in even tho my appt was the following week. She stated so rudely that this is not my appt week and she is busy. To come back next week. The guy tech in there asked me where I got my nails done and I said east haven. Well fast forward to today, Friday, my appt is tomorrow and the same asshole that asked me where I got my nails done decided to call me at 6:30 to tell me van will not be there tomorrow so I explained that I booked this appt a month ago and he so what she is in Texas and to go where I got my nails done.
Then he called me the B-word and hung up in my face. I've been going to see can even before they had their own shop and this is how u treat a returning customer. Well I'm going to report them to every place I can since they are so nasty! Once I'm done they will wish they were nice!!

Wish I could give this place zero stars. Got my nails done on Thursday May 10th and these are my nails on Monday May 14th. Absolute waste of money. Went to this place because I've seen and heard great things. Never returning again!
