I texted one of the nail techs that works there that my nails were already chipping after day 4. She never responded back but left me on read. I texted her again this Monday. Left on read again. It's a huge bummer because she does very good designs but the dip didn't even last a week. The first time she did my nails they lasted a long time. It is now Sept 13th and all of my nails looked like I've chewed on them. So I just went and got them removed. Don't go here if you want your nails to last a long time and also bad customer service due to not responding back regarding if I could get them fixed. I'm dearly disappointed because I really liked the tech and we could of even been friends :(
Excellent job! Took their time, made sure I was happy with the result. The place isn't rushing you around like a lot of the big salons are now, so the pace is really great for a relaxing time.
DO NOT GO HERE ... extremely rude workers and horrible technique and skill. Only 2 people working at the time I came in, however they accepted way too many people that they were capable of taking care of, putting us all in a position to wait.
The male working on my nails took multiple breaks during my manicure, kept getting up to go to the back, walking around (but not attending other guests), making multiple personal phone calls and talking very loudly in a foreign language which disrupted my phone call).
*** I would not be upset if I WASN'T SPENDING MONEY FOR A SERVICE. I expect the standard.
This was the worst manicure I have gotten. I had two repairs and he did not shape them to my other nails. He started getting argumentative when I POLITELY asked if he could reshape them to all be the same. He started giving excuses and even trying to blame me as to why HE didn't do a good job, and then started raising his voice at me.
After even trying to communicate with the other technician that all I wanted were uniform nails,
I ended up having to walk out of the salon with all my nails different shapes sizes AND unpainted.
SO UNPROFESSIONAL, horrible customer service and bad technique. Someone needs to help this place. Like I said do not go here if you have ANY other option.
