I'm from out of town and selected this salon because of its great reviews. They use a tiered system for their stylists based upon experience. I chose the highest tier hair colorist to bleach my roots and dye my hair pink. The process was very long and it didn't turn out at all how I'd hoped. I asked for cotton candy pink hair and what I got was hot pink. When it came time to pay it was shocking and heartbreaking at the same time. The salon did offer me a haircut on the house which was done by one of the owners. The haircut was well executed and met my expectations. Overall I cannot recommend
Gina for the win!! I dyed my hair waaay too dark almost black.. I hated it, my normal color was chocolate brown. I had a consultation w/Gina and we came up with a plan to lighten by removing the dye vs using any bleach so my hair would not get fried. Today I had my appointment and I am THRILLED with the results. My hair is back to my preferred color and still shiny and healthy.

The layers of my hair are noticeably uneven, making it look messy and unbalanced. The back looks extremely choppy and the layers DO NOT blend. This doesn't look like 130 dollar haircut, ugh
