L Perfect Nails & Spa in Glenmont, NY

They lie about taking appointments. The manager is rude. First he told me they only took walk ins on Saturdays then today they couldn't take me because they had appointments. I don't like being lied to. Especially when there are 5 other nail salons within walking distance. I made an appointment but went to a different place. Not sorry.

This was my first visit here. It was clean and I got seated at a pedicure chair right away. However the water was like warm at best and no one glanced in my direction long enough to ask for them to add some hot water. Once the nail tech came over, she was very friendly. The massage is always my favorite part and she didn't disappoint. Is this place like best ever can't wait to go back? No, it's very run of the mill. But my toes look nice, it was clean and fairly priced. I will return.

Went after work around 4:15pm place was a lil busy guy was rude as hell so I went somewhere else & will never return! I suggest you don't come here! I won't be! They care about getting your $$$ & a tip! Should be nicer! Just putting it out there! Go elsewhere

I called for an appointment for a Mani-Pedi with a friend coming to join for her Pedi a bit later. When I tried to confirm the appointment, the individual (a man) on the phone was rude to me. When I got to the salon, I was pointed to a seat for a Pedi, I advised that I called and asked for the manicure first because my friend would be meeting me for the Pedi. The man at the counter said "Fine, if you want to waste my time and yours". I said that's why I called to make an appointment. While the business seems very clean and the quality of work has been good (I've been there before), I will not go back to this business. The man who answered the phone was rude and I believe it was the same man who was again rude at the salon. The owner of the salon (hopefully not the man who was rude) should really consider who is allowed to interact with customers. No one should be spoken to or treated the way that I was.

Worst experience ever!!!! Had a pedicure and the technician asked if I wanted my nails cut. I said yes. I wanted them trimmed not HACKED. I wish I could upload a photo. Right to the quick, red and almost bleeding!! When I complained, the manager/owner questioned the technician who did my nails who said I asked for them to be cut short. LIE! I never said that. When I tried to show him, an up close, photo when leaving he barely looked at the photo and stated that the technician had been doing this for 10 years. Yes, I'm sure she has been doing this a long time and yes maybe she does usually do a good job, but she messed up this time! He couldn't even admit that she messed up or try to make good on a mistake made. If he admitted, yes this does not look right, I would have been fine. His response to all of this was, if you do not want to pay... we will take the nail polish off. What does taking off nail polish have to do with a bad manicure!??! It was not the nail polish that was the problem! It was the service they provided!!! When you can't own up to a bad job and say I am sorry... that says a lot about a business. NOT GOOD BUSINESS!!!
