Have never felt more dismissed or taken advantage of from a business. Unless you are getting a service that costs $50 or more, they don't have time for you! All I wanted was a gel manicure, when they couldn't upsell me to getting acrylics, tips, fancy colors/designs or adding powder to the gel, they gave me a poorly done manicure. Did not ask what shape I wanted, did not do cuticles, and left polish on my fingers. Will not return.
I asked for a regular fill in with no cut down or design just color and they want to charge me $50 is crazy when online when you book it says $35 not going back!

I had graduation from college so of course I wanted to have nice nails. With my profession, I can't have any acrylic nails so I settled for gel polish. I was surprised when my nails were only $20. However, I wasn't surprised by the price when I woke up the next day with 3 nails already chipped (day of my graduation). Today is day 4 of having my polish and those 3 that chipped are now completely gone. Very disappointed but got what I paid for I guess...
Every time I go there to get a fill in my nail still look like I need a fill - in when I leave out. I always have a space between my cuticle and where the nail starts after getting my nails done . I told the lady about it and she got a bad attitude with me. I will never go back there . She did not finish my nails. Bad customer service!
