I was looking for a knowledgeable and experienced hair colorist to correct a mistake made in my color at a different salon. Elizabeth was fantastic. Gave great advice and I just got the sense she had the experience and know-how to fix my hair coloring issue. It came out fantastic and will definitely be returning the next time I am in the Newport area.
I have been coming to L'Elegance Salon since 2001 when I moved here from Princeton, NJ. The women working there, Joy, Donna, and the owner, Elizabeth have always given exceptional service and have accommodated last minute appointments many times over the years! The pedicure is the best I have ever had. I look forward to my haircuts, highlights , pedicures and even waxing because of the lively conversation and laughter we share!
I have been going to this salon for a few years now and Elizabeth cuts and styles my hair just perfectly. Somehow after a cut my hair just falls into place and is styled just right for the shape of my head. With very little direction Elizabeth knows just what to do. She is so pleasant that it's always an enjoyable visit to her salon.
I went for makeup and an up-style for a ball later that evening and both experiences were great. The prices and time required for both services were transparent, the staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was warm. I would go back again and recommend this salon to friends in the future.
