This barbershop has been incredibly unhelpful in me trying to get a haircut for my son and have been incredibly unprofessional in the process. A few days before Christmas, I called and asked to make an appointment for my son that evening for just a quick kids haircut. The person on the phone said that I do not need to make an appointment for him to just bring him in they except walkins all day long, my husband brought my son in that evening at 4 PM and they were both turned away saying that they were completely booked. My husband told them that I was told that I did not need to make an appointment for my child. Otherwise I would have while I was on the phone. the person there said that most of the time they do accept walk-ins, but if they are too busy, they will have to turn walkins away. What was the point of me calling then? They told my husband to make an appointment online instead so I did for the day after Christmas. I received a text on Christmas to tell me they are actually closed the day after and please reschedule my appointment OK fine so I rescheduled for the following day at 10 AM. My husband brings my son there and they are completely closed, no text message to let me know my appointment has been canceled or why they are closed but still able to book online. I will never be using this barbershop and I will tell everybody how completely unhelpful that they are with just trying to get my son a hair appointment before he turns three next week.
