Very disappointed. I originally went to Bany on July 31, 2020 for a touch up on my blonde highlights. I chose her from her Facebook pictures she posted for advertising a client she did. 4 hours later my hair was brassy and it was brassy all in the front and uneven from the back of my scalp with 2 inch out growth without getting close to roots. I text her but she was on vacation but agreed to fix on Tuesday August 18, 2020 when she was back. I text her to make sure she is able to fix it because I don't want to damage my hair if she wasn't confident. NO.... brassy still and she did NOT weave it evenly and all the front is orange with none of my natural color. 2 days she ignored my texts and I feel it's because the salon is closing. Once I emailed through Facebook I feel she was alerted and that's the ONLY reason she text back. I'm not a person to write bad reviews but I tip well and I paid her good and she definitely needs more training. I now have to pay my old stylist to fix my hair and she assessed my hair and said she needs to strip the brass, add my natural color to get it to match the back of my hair and that Bany over processed my hair. NOT happy that I have to pay for her errors.
I had a great experience working with Kaitlyn. This was my first time going to Cactus rose, and I stumbled upon Kaitlyns instagram. I was extremely impressed and wanted to find a stylist closer to home. I reached out and she was able to schedule me with no issue. When she sat me down we went over what I was looking for, and discussed the different ways we could make it happen. Needless to say she definitely exceeded all expectations. Conversation was fluid and natural and she definitely has tons of talent! I am looking forward to going back!
Not to many stylists are great with curly hair and a-lines....Bany nailed it tho!!! She was able to get me in last minute and did an amazing job. The ladies here recommended products for me and I was able to style my hair easy the next day. Defiantly going back!!!
I have been going to Lucy for over a year and I just love her! She does an amazing job each time on my hair and truly cares! She listens to all my crazy ideas and tells me honestly what will work and won't! She is always down for something fun to do to my hair and I wouldn't trust it with anyone else! My mom and I drive over an hour to see Lucy and it is well worth it! Love the new salon!
I can always rely on Lucy to get me in for whatever beauty need I have! I absolutely love the convenience and ease of her online booking system she's an amazing stylist who produces big city work located right in a small town. I get the best of both worlds.
