really unreliable scheduling and bad blonde dye job. not really considerate to clients unfortunately.

The stylist was unfriendly when I walked in. No greeting. Made odd comments about my curly hair. Made a comment about how her hair and mine are very different in a condescending tone. Area was dusty with remnants of previous client's hair. Others in the salon, could have been clients, were trashing the governor's mandates. Made for an uncomfortable atmosphere. During this pandemic I understand it's a stressful time, however, one of your clients could have an underlying health condition, or could had loved ones impacted by COVID. I do not need to support a business who is unfriendly and bizarre in their conduct with their clients. I will not return.

I just have to say, that I highly recommended L'Attrait Salon & Spa! What I loved about my visit was that I was sent clear instructions on what I needed to do before getting there with all the New Covid regulation that salons have to follow. Andrea let me know when it was ok to enter, greeted me at that door and was so warm and welcoming! I appreciated her willingness to fit me in to finally get my haircut after so many months. She cut and colored my hair and now I feel human again!!! Thank for bringing sexy back! Even if I'm only working from home now! Thank you for doing what you do! Especially in our new masking wearing, strange world!

I'm writing this review from inside the salon. I took my 14 year old daughter here to get a back to school haircut. She's super excited to be starting high school and was also super excited for her new cut. I'm 46 years old with 3 daughters. I've been in a lot of salons in my life. I have never sat in a salon with a more uncomfortable, unwelcoming atmosphere. It's completely silent. No one is talking or friendly.  We weren't greeted when we came in. The woman just said "she's we me" when I gave her name. As she cuts her hair, there's not a single, "How are you?" What brings you in today?" or similar socially polite comment you would expect from someone in the service industry. It's bizarre.  I have never in my life not tipped someone in service. But I am sorely tempted to today. I was a waitress. I understand bad days and such. But this beyond rude.
We were looking for a new salon closer to home but I guess we'll keep driving out to our old one.

I cames to this salon because it was close to my home. Andrea greeted me upon entering and we set up an appointment for cut and color. She qualified me as to what I was looking to achieve, and although I was quite vague about what I actually did want, she kept asking questions and we figured out that my main goal was an effortless style and a color that wouldn't have me returning for a touch up every month. It took me a few days to be comfortable with my new look, but now I just love it! The color is so natural that not many people noticed at first, which is exactly what I was looking for, and the cut was simple yet complementary to my face and my lifestyle. I will be returning as my experience at L'Attrait has given me a boost of self confidence at no extra charge!
