Blend Studio in Wilsonville, OR

I love coming Blend! I started seeing Tyler December 2021 and let me just tell you, my hair has NEVER looked better! I'm a dark haired middle eastern girl and I'm a healthy blonde! I also get 2 rows of hand tie hair extensions which are done so well! I get them moved up every 10-11 weeks, but made it 14 weeks once (my bad on scheduling.)
I honestly hit the hair jackpot with Tyler! I'm so thankful!

The other gals in the studio here are also so kind and they always have great energy!

I had not been to a salon in almost 10 years and carefully chose to go to Dani at Blend Studio because I thought my hair would be in good hands. I was so wrong and I couldn't advise any stronger to go elsewhere. You would think this would be the place where people understand quality for what they charge.. it's not. I had a consultation where I was completely open and honest about previous at home dyes / bleach sessions and hair care. Dani said I may need three rows if I didn't want her to cut my natural hair. Hesitant to drop almost $4k on hair at a salon I had never been to before, I told her if cutting my hair would make two rows work, I was okay with it. I trusted her and her $2,425 opinion when she reassured what I was asking for was easily achievable. At my initial install she dyed my hair the completely wrong color from the extensions and still installed my extensions without saying something. She styled my hair, took pictures and sent me on my way. As soon as I got in the car I saw the color difference but wasn't sure if it was just the way it was curled. I immediately got home and took the curls out, sent her pictures and asked for her to fix it. First fix it session she lightened just lightened the top layer of my hair (when she had initially used the wrong color on all of my hair) and sent me on my way which resulted in me having to go back again  and request she did some sort of blending because of the extreme color difference. I had a second fix it appointment which led to having to go bright red to match what she had done to the top layer. It was not at all the same color of the extensions or the other layers of my hair. At the end of the second fix it session I had to go through my hair and point out to her the obvious spots where she still had dyed too dark, she had to go back after dying all of my hair again and lighten the other two sections of my hair because they were still 10 shades darker than the rest of my hair. After three weeks of this and two fix it appointments ( I was told I was lucky to have for free)  I ended up going elsewhere. It took one appointment with someone else to fix my hair and give me the advice I needed to get it fixed. The pictures below are what $2,425 got me with Dani. I asked to discuss a refund we both felt was fair and I didn't get any sort of refund because "this is what I wanted". When told she wouldn't discuss a refund I said I would be pursing small claims I was met with an offer of $350 back and a threat to countersue me for my free appointments to fix her mistakes. Id advise to spend your money where people care and I'm sure you won't run into this. To make this experience even better I attempted to leave this review on Vagaro and I was blocked from doing so because I have been marked as "never visiting the business" ‍. Mistakes happen but it's a whole new level of arrogance to not be accountable.  Do better! These photos are from beginning to end of my experience at Blend Studio.
