4 Seasons Nails in Wilsonville, OR

Over priced. I got medium length nails with a pink crom they charged me $70. not worth the price i asked why  the price he said they are extremely long... i no longer go here I recommend  going somewhere else if you want a decent price.

I want to love this place, I really do. It has a great atmosphere but ever since the ownership change, the services have been reduced and the prices have increased to the point of ridiculousness.

I was in last month and for the price I paid today for a spa pedicure (basic), the hot wax portion was removed and the service provided was rushed, like my pedicure was a nuisance. Not nearly as relaxing and enjoyable as the past.

Also, when I arrived, the technician wanted me to look at the book and pick a much more expensive pedicure. She was pressuring me to buy something more other than the basic one. I've been satisfied in the past with the basic, felt spoiled and pampered with the entry level pedicure, but today, it was anything but.

I spoke to the manager afterwards, (I wanted to do this privately) but he made me tell him in front of another customer about my dissatisfaction with pricing and service. BTW, the technician was fine, I just had a different experience last month.

Please note that I totally agree and understand that owners can increase their prices and reduce their services whenever they want. As a customer, I wanted to give the owner a head's up on why I won't be returning. He did not seem to care or have any concerns about my comments. So I'll be taking my business elsewhere. Please beware. If you used to receive a certain treatment/experience, this new ownership is nothing like in the past.

WAYY OVERCHARGED! --I wanted to take my little sister out to do something fun and just get a pedicure. After I repeated myself 3 times that we both wanted a pedicure and I just wanted a nail color change for my nails the lady only does a pedicure for myself and puts my little sister next to me but no water to soak her feet I had to say something again and ask they didn't understand or listen. Then once I'm done and start on my color change the other lady just starts doing my little sisters nails which isn't what we asked for she was just getting a pedicure so it was just regular pink polish on my 9 year old sister, ended up getting a fill on my nails w color change and total came out to $130!! For 2 pedicures 1 regular nail polish on my 9 year old sister that was already chipping after it was dry! And my nails have polish on my fingers the paint looks like I did it myself  and wasn't want I wanted but already being there almost 2 hours I didn't want to change it again

I don't often get my nails done, but came back here after a positive experience.

Today was even better than previous experiences. A gentleman named David did a full pedicure and did my nails and did a phenomenal job. He thoughtfully offered me water and made sure I had a towel for over my knees because of my shorter dress. There was a slight miscommunication of what color I wanted on my toes (because of English), but he was humble when I asked for someone to help clarify what my preference was instead of disregarding requests and pushing past like I've had in the past at other locations. His massaging for both my hands and feet targeted sore areas and made it feel like a luxury experience.

At the end it felt like he was rushing either because he was not allowed to take a break before coming back to do my nails or because he was getting pressure from higher up. That worried me a bit.

But I would definitely still return based on my experience today. Coming here today felt therapeutic both for my soul and my cute phalanges.

Went in today for a manicure and had a terrible experience. I work from home and never leave my house so I bucked up the courage to get a Starbucks and a mani and it made me so sad that my me-time was ruined. I was assigned to Mimi before I could even look at colors at all and she was so aggressive and rude and kept aggressively moving my arms around and the massage was so aggressive she almost pulled me up out of my chair. Then at the end I went to pay and she asked flat out if I wanted to tip (I didn't really want to but I always do regardless) there is a big sign that says CASH ONLY TIPS but I didn't have any cash and asked if I could tip on my card and she gave me such a dirty look and then I paid (with tip) and left. I will never go back. All the other reviews on here you would think management would see them and do better!
