Jesse {owner} does not only "Great Cuts & Styles" etc. but he does it at a "Fantastic' price as well! Young, Old, Man, or Woman it doesn't matter you're going to leave Jessie's salon Happy & Pleased....Trust Me!! My fixed income doesn't always provide me the opportunity to indulge myself with a trip to see Jesse...But when it does, out of all the salons I could go to in Tucson....I go to Hair Eccentric every time & have for years! I can't say enough positive things about Jesse, his excellent prices, & the great experience he provides with his "one on one" attention that he gives to each & every one of his customers!!
