Alyssa was undoubtedly the most amazing girl! She walked me through different styles of tanning and took the time to show me different beds and such. Absolutely adored her! She makes this store my absolute favorite to go to!!
By far the worst LA Tan in the area. The manager will lie to you regarding policies. The beds are disgusting it's like they don't even clean them or they just spray a little bit of stuff on them and smear the previous person's lotion and skin all over the bed. I drive 30-45 minutes out of the way to go to a different location. Figured I would give this one a try.. will not be back that's for sure!
I have a membership at this LA Tan location and I think the staff is completely disrespectful. All I ever receive from the staff is attitude. My eyewear snapped when I was taking it out of the case and asked if I could possibly replace them with a new pair. The first lady I asked completely and utterly ignored me, The second lady told me it wouldn't be a problem but treated me as if I were a child and purposely broke them to get a new pair. The prices are affordable and I'm getting great results at this tanning salon but the staffs attitude with me is making me question whether ending my membership or not.
Place doesn't close until 9 I came in at 850 for a spray tan which takes maybe 5-8 min. And they would not let me spray tan because she "already cleaned it " . Why be open until 9 if you don't let anyone use anything past 8:30 as the girl told me . Terrible customer service , prob bc she wanted to go home .
Stay away from level 3 lay down. On Tuesdays this bed is apparently very busy because of the special prices so the Acrylic very HOT. I had to switch to a stand up for the rest of my 12 minutes. This is the second time I came on a Tuesday and the bed was very uncomfortable. I bought a package for 10 tans so I will try to go to another LA tan location or try another day since the bed I paid to use not comfortable at all.
