I had appointments for myself and a daughter for pedicures. My pedicure was terrible to say the least. A halfway job done. No really soaking of my feet in lukewarm water. Very little trimming of cuticles. Little to none massage of feet. My daughters complaints were the same except with the gel polish which was very inadequate; did not cover all of her nails. Not offered a rubber slipper to walk on to get dried. Also to polish each time had her put her feet on Addison lap. NOT professional! To make matters worse prices were that of a large city salon and we were asked how much tip we were going to leave! A very bad experience! Would suggest the nail tech receive adequate training...
