I do not recommend, had courtney do my hair....she left a blue toner in my hair for me to scrub out for 3 days. when i finally got it out my hair looked nothing like the picture i showed her. Also underneath in the back where i couldnt see, my employees pointed out all the brass from the smudge root she previously put on which she didnt even touch...completely different color then the rest of my hair. i sent her a picture and told her she didnt get it & her response was she got a bunch of it but all of it wouldnt come out. You would think a good stylist would tell you if they knew, but no. i told her i was not happy with it & proceeded to ask how much was it going to cost for her to fix it (a good stylist would fix their knowingly mistake for free) she told me $96. i told her i would just fix it myself...then she finally offered to fix it for free. On the day i was suppose to be there i informed her i would be a few minutes late due to a work meeting. She told me she had other clients and things to do & tried to put my appointment out for a week on a day i wouldnt be able to make it. i told her i wasn't walking around with my hair jacked up for a week & then she told me i should find a different stylist. she's a hit or miss, i do not recommend.
Joni did such an amazing job, my hair looks exactly how I wanted it. I love how welcoming and friendly everyone was. I will definitely go back.
I hate to leave a negative review, I really do. But I have tried to book an appointment with Kelsey 2 times now. She was supposed to do my hair for prom in April (which didn't happen because of Covid, not her fault.) But I tried to book that appointment 3 months in advance so that I knew that I would have someone to do my hair. I tried to book it through Facebook Messenger where she typically does a lot of her bookings I'm assuming, she was active on her Facebook a lot, but would never respond to the messages of me trying to make an appointment. It was utterly frustrating. It took her about a month of ignoring my messages and barely replying to FINALLY get an appointment.
Now I do understand that this next situation is on me and I do understand that I shouldn't have waited to the last minute and I take 100% responsibility for that. I thought I'd give Kelsey a try again for some pictures I was having done. I needed some highlights and a style. I contacted her 2 weeks in advance prior to the shoot. Once again, she was on Facebook a lot, as it shows if she is active when you look at the conversation thread on messenger, so it's not like she's just not active on facebook. I told her when I needed it done and what I wanted and told her I was sorry for not giving a lot of notice, once again, I TOLD her when I needed it done. She asked me more about what I wanted (which once again took her days in between each response), only for 3 days prior to my shoot to tell me "Sorry, I'm gonna be at the beach. I can't do your hair." So that gave me 3 days to find someone that could do it, it was hard to find someone to do it with only a 3 day notice. If she knew she was going to the beach, she should have just told me instead of wasting my time when I could have been looking for an appointment elsewhere.
She has the most horrible customer service as far as booking goes, and I don't know how anyone manages to get an appointment with her when she takes centuries to respond. It's very unprofessional and even if she does good hair, it doesn't matter. A shitty customer service experience will turn anyone off from your business.
