An-Nails Salon in Archdale, NC

I wish I would have read the reviews before going to this nail salon. My granddaughter got acrylics. They didn't give her what she asked for and her nails look horrible. She asked for a French manicure with red tips. The finish is bumpy. Thats not the worst part though. Her fingers are very sore and the nails feel as though they are going to pop off.

I had a pedicure and it was horribly done. The massage was painful, not relaxing. My nail tech was not friendly and didn't speak at all. The entire staff was unfriendly. Everything about the pedicure hurt and I get pedicures often. I'm also not pleased with the results. I will not be going back.

I don't usually do reviews, but I feel like I should do this one.  I am giving this salon 0 stars. ZERO...none, nada, zero, ziltch...yes!  Zero stars. I have been here 3 times for SNS nails. The first time was just alright.
Nothing special. The 2nd time, same thing, but I had to file my nails after I got home. They were too big, flat..no apex and four of the nails were as crooked as the yellow brick road.   So, I gave them one more try. I left there with flat, thick, huge SNS nails that the girl must have dipped seven times. And again, I went home and filed and filed and filed and filed some more, and they still didn't look very good. It was just a handful of days before Christmas, so I was really disappointed. I will never go back to the salon, and I now have a $40 gift certificate, a gift from my son at Christmas, and guess where the gift certificate is for???   That's right!  AN Nails. Some days it just don't pay to get up outta bed.

i went her with my 2 daughters and the service was good but the skill was very bad they did shortcuts and made my cuticles bleed and the nail polish was terrible there was air bubbles and hair all in the nail polish.my other daughter wanted to get hearts and they  colored the nails full color without doing hearts and on the manicure they only did the nails and let our hands soak in water and trim the cuticles and file and that was it i do not appreciate this at all.i do not recommend this at all.

If you want SNS don't go here. They take shortcuts and don't use the right products. My SNS nails were bumpy and not shiny afterwards. It was rushed and sloppy. Someone needs to teach them how to do true SNS.

I've been going here for years and the service has always been great. I went on a Saturday morning and there was only one other person in the salon so the owner who worked in my feet was able to spend a little more time doing the hot stones and lotion. Everyone is friendly and the salon is nice and clean. They have protection between the customer and the worker for safety reasons and ask people to wear a mask if possible.
