Went in for a 4:00 appointment for a gel color change. He proceeded to take off my original polish then told me that he had no time. Me and my friend had to leave after waiting over 20 minutes past our scheduled time just to be turned away.
I walked in around 11:30 on Saturday morning to see if I could get a pedicure. I was greeted and they fit me in right away. Foot soak, massage, exfoliation, toenails trimmed, cuticles pushed back and trimmed, and all while getting the chair massage. It all seemed hygienic, and I was very relaxed. Reminded me of why I shouldn't bother to do this for myself.
I highly recommend this place! I've tried a few local places, not all mind you, I have had acrylics and pedicures here and they did an awesome job!! It's also a clean, bright, reasonably priced and friendly environment! Staff is awesome and they really seem to care! I highly recommend this place!
First time mani/pedi. Austin did my pedicure. He was quick, careful, and fabulous. The polish looks great and my feet feel happy! I did not catch the nail of the gentleman who did my nails; I had a powder dip I think it is called. VERY impressed overall. I might try to make this a monthly ritual.
They do good work BUT DO NOT KNOW HOW TO MAKE APPOINTMENTS. Three times in a row, I made an appointment, yet when I got there no one knew anything about my appointment. Twice confirmed by text, once on the phone. The 3rd time, they wanted to know what number I called, I showed her my phone, it was the right number, then I was told their other location answered because they get precedence-REALLY ????
