I currently live out of state but have been going to this place for years since it's around the corner from my grandparents and have always had different experiences based on the tech that I worked with and who was in the salon. This most recent time however has confirmed that neither me or the rest of my family that frequents this place will return. The nail technician was so so rude to my grandmother who is struggling with her health and whose hands shook a bit during her manicure. Instead of being kind to her considering she is a paying customer and an older woman, he was rude and disrespectful and ruined her time when all she wanted was to get her nails done. Considering how much money my family has spent at this establishment it was beyond disappointing so please don't waste your time. Maybe when there were only 2 salons in Sumter we would have to deal with this but there are plenty who will treat my grandmother and everyone with the respect they deserve.
Have been there a few times and nails haven't been great but they have been acceptable. My mom has been sick and needed to get her nails done. The male tech had no patience with her and snapped at her in a rude manner! Did not do her nails properly no buffing or anything. Don't go here ever. You will be disappointed for sure! I sure as Hell will never go back! Mistreatment of the elderly when they need to be pampered too! I will put a bad review at every chance I get. Do not spend your money here!!
very unprofessional and refused service after trying to figure out my options for my fill-in set. I've been coming to this salon for years and they're getting very slack and nasty attitudes as well.
I will NEVER visit this salon ever again in my life. It's down the street from my house and I don't care. I went in there to get a soak off. The nail tech (idk her name) used the electric file on FULL BLAST trying to rush and filed my real nail too low to where it hurt. I said "ouch that hurts" instead of apologizing she THROWS my hand as if she had an attitude. The workers are rude, they rush, and are not worth it.
Good nail work but the waits are 45-1hour. The management and staff are friendly and take their time on each client.
