DO NOT GO TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT! I asked the technician to JUST do the bottom of my eyebrows. No the top and do not trim because I was letting them grow out. She did not listen and when I asked her to stop she swatted my hand away. I told her I wasn't going to pay for the eyebrows obviously. She then tried to charge me extra like o couldn't count. When o declined, she told me that she hope I get in an accident and die leaving there. Shocked is an understatement! She had no clue ghat I was a service member but made it very clear after she wished death on me. To be treated in the manner that she treated me, I do not recommend ANYONE seek services at this location!
The owner of the nail shop, Linda, was going to do my nails. I asked for SNS dip powder with a tip (fake nail). Linda glued the fake nails onto my real nail, cut them, and when I told her I didn't like the shape, she then got an attitude and RIPPED the fake nails off. This caused my REAL nails to tear underneath.
It gets worse... After this, Linda proceeded to tell me that she refused to do my nails. So I left her nail salon with torn nails and without being serviced. HORRIBLE customer service and I will not be going back. I've never had a nail technician be so careless with the health of real nails or be so unprofessional as to refuse service because she did not want to fix the damage she had done.
Although I agree with other reviews that the salon could use some updating, I've come multiple time with friends and alone and never left displeased. And if anything is wrong, mention it and they will fix it. I've had people here take close care of ingrown toenails and making sure they are fixed. And I've also have had some of the best leg/foot massages here. Prices are also fair. I will continue to come here and I recommend this salon.
I came in to get a fill in and a pedicure. There was only 1 person doing pedicures and by time she came to do my feet my water was cold and she rushed through it & did my toes in 5 minutes. For my fill in she rushed through that as well & didn't polish them correctly. And she charged me $57. I felt over charged and I will never return here.
The lady who took care of my nails was very unprofessional she was answering the phones, asking the other tech questions, she took an hour and a half to do a fill. And charged me more because my nails are a little longer. And I watched and listened to how she treated other customers and the other tech. No customer service and does not know how to treat her employees
