Young Nails & Spa in Rochester, NY

This nail salon is just wonderful! I have always chose this to be an ideal place for doing my pedicures. I was on vacation but dreaded to be back! Last time I went there, my pedicures and had a massage done by a kind young man named Jason. He did absolutely magnificent and there are no words to describe how good he did! The massage felt so good and the pedicure! I definitely would be coming back and asking Jason to do my pedicures again:)! Thanks for the great job Jason!

I requested a specific nail tech based on Yelp reviews. When I arrived, I was assigned someone else (there were just two techs present, the other with a client). This person did my pedi and SNS manicure. The pedi was fine. My nails and the process were unimpressive. Despite gentle requests throughout my experience regarding editing the shape and lengths to be neater (multiple times), I still thought they looked VERY amateur as the lengths and shapes are inconsistent and they are thick. A few days later, I can now see where the gel was removed from my toes as the polish is separated (as if it wasn't smoothed before application), the powder is showing lines like cracks on most of my nails... and some of my nails have chipped along those cracks. I still tipped appropriately because of the amount of time spent, but I'm disappointed that I spent my time and money on the quality of service I received. All that said, they got the job done. If you aren't picky about your nails, this is a fine place - and it seems some techs do very nice work so feel free to make a request. (Pics attached from one week after appointment)

A party of 6 had their nails done and 5 of the 6 had very poor experience. The shortest pedicure, no cuticles cut. No top coat on my manicure (they lasted 2 hours). My daughter had dips done on her nails and lasted less than 1 week. Also, I felt the place was dirty, nail clippings on floor around chair from previous clients.

This is my second time treated myself to a luxurious pedicure. I had it at Young Nails & Spa with Emmie. The staff members greeted me warmly and attentively throughout my visit. The pedicure itself was an absolute delight. The technician Emmie meticulously cleaned, shaped, and filed my nails, ensuring they were perfectly groomed. Their attention to detail was remarkable, and the end result exceeded my expectations. The foot massage I received was heavenly, melting away any tension and leaving my feet feeling revitalized. They adhered to strict cleanliness practices, using disposable liners for foot baths and sterilizing their equipment meticulously. This attention to cleanliness was reassuring, especially in today's environment, and added to my overall satisfaction. The products used during my pedicure were of exceptional quality. The UV Gel brand they used had a vast range of colors to choose from, and the final result was flawless. The King Spa products smells sooo good and were effective and left my skin feeling nourished and soft. I really love the parrafin wax sock!! My visit to Young Nails for a pedicure was nothing short of exceptional. The combination of a serene ambiance, outstanding customer service, meticulous attention to detail, and top-quality products resulted in a truly blissful experience. I wholeheartedly recommend Young Nails to anyone in search of an unforgettable pedicure. Thank you to the entire staff for providing such a memorable experience.

Got dip for the first time. I never get my nails done and I wanted the advertised $25 gel manicure. But my dip was $38 I'm telling you it looks amazing. I also clean houses for a living and so gel would have peaked off. Anyway nice place
