I had my eyebrows wax there This month. I was in pain below the right brow. Two days later I realized I was burned from the wax being to hot. It was the Friday before Labor Day. They were closed Sunday and Monday. I called the shop for two days they never answer the phone. I wanted to talk with them privately. I came in this lady told me she was to busy to talk with me and acted as though she could care less.i didn't even get I'm sorry. She didn't care.
Not happy with the paint job on my toes-it was messy and when I asked for them to be repainted, the woman said okay but began working on another customer. Not even two weeks later and it's time for another pedi.
I have never been disappointed with work or personality of people there. The women there make me feel very welcomed & friendly. The man that occasionally is there.....does not.
Horrible service, I took my daughter here on her 22nd birthday to get her nails done and they were all coughing and sneezing on us, one other customer told them they needed to put a mask on. Later that week me and my daughter were very sick for days and my daughters nails were infected behind the nail bed and oozing puss, I called them to tell them they needed to take them off and they told me it would be 5.00 !!!! I told them I wouldn't be paying a thing because THEY infected her nails and she said since its been a week it would be 5.00, she changed her tune when I said I was on my way in to see something in their policy stating if u get ur nails don't and a week later they get infected there would be a charge.. She then told me to come in and they would remove the nails for free... So done with this place, DONT GO THERE!!!
