I had a perm done here and it ruined my hair. My hair is all frizzy and looks so dried out. The person was supposed to be the perm queen but she did an awful job and charged me $90.00. I also went to her for a regular wash and style. I never had a hair dresser wash my hair and then put me under a hair dryer and then style with a curling iron. I believe this method of doing hair also contributed to my dry and frizzy hair. I guess she was too cheap to use moose and to lazy to use a blow dryer. I never received any services that were worth the money that I spent at KM Salon. I would not refer anyone to this hair salon.
I visited KM for the first time today and got assigned to a stylist named Brenna. She was great! I absolutely love my cut and feel like she did a great job of framing my face and listening to what I wanted. The salon was clean and the front desk was friendly as well. I will definitely be returning!
Very friendly and supportive staff. Kenny is really GREAT with curly hair and I always get compliments when he cuts it. My daughter has gone there for years and they offer reasonable kids cuts.
I visited K M Hair works for the first time last week & am so happy with my experience that I had to share it! Everyone I came in contact with was extremely pleasant. I felt welcome & in capable hands before I even sat in the chair. The owner took the time to greet me & gave me a tour of the spa. Maggie was my stylist & she was awesome! She stayed late to do my hair, was extremely friendly & did a fantastic job!! I am so happy with the entire experience & my hair looks better than it has in a long time. Would definitely recommend to anyone.
Don't ever get a perm here. I noticed my hair broke off at the roots and asked for a senior stylist to look at the poor job that was done, but she straight up lied to me and said the hair was just crimped in those spots. Now I have a weird tuft of hair growing at the front of my hairline as well as other spots. They also charged a significant amount to correct the problem with texture of the perm. This was my third perm, second here, and I would not go back. That said, I do love a few of the stylists who only color and cut, and the environment of the salon is very friendly.
