I was in town visiting and didn't have time to get my eyebrows waxed prior to the trip so I tried Willow & Birch! I am so glad I did. One of the best waxing experience I've had! The shape was so natural and beautiful. She took her time and was gentle. Bonus they got me in same day! Double bonus they have the cutest clothes and accessories! Ended up buying a few things after my wax. Also reasonably priced. Highly recommend!
I had Kate she is very sweet and I got my hair curled it was amazing we even left a tip but 30 minutes later at home the curly were gone and my hair looked like a mess. didn't even last a day

I got a haircut over there. I would not say it was the worst, but it is not worth their prices. You can get same haircut for much lower prices at other places in Springfield. For such higher prices, one excepts professional hair styling that they failed to provide.
I am from out of state and was recommended Willow and Birch by my long time friend. My colorist and stylist was Aly. Best review I can give is, if lived close I would come back and have her do my color and cut again! Color is perfect and great cut as well. Cute salon and friendly. Who does not like a blanket and a fireplace while at the shampoo bowl? Being 10 hours away makes that impossible. I am now trying to find a local salon that uses the same products. Thank you for making it a positive experience.
