If I could, I'd give this place zero stars. I just moved from Connecticut and decided to try Star Nails because it's near my home and place of work. The first time I went, I had a nail fall off two days later. The next time I went (because I believe in giving second chances), I had a nail break off and another one start to crack *the very next day*! When I went in to have it repaired, they expected me to pay $5 per nail for the repairs WHICH WERE THEIR FAULT! Rude, shoddy workmanship and substandard equipment! I am CLEARLY not in Connecticut anymore. Sigh... These people are extremely unprofessional and do NOT know how to do nails... Isn't there any good nail salon in Springfield? I'm still on the hunt... Stay tuned!
I did not have long nails before now they need trimming. Do pedicures well so much to do for them. Have beautiful colors for acrylic nails!
Went there for the first time with a handicapped individual whom they treated with respect and gave her a great pedicure and hand nails' gel to harden her nails. I received nail tips with nail hardener and a beautiful color I chose. They have a huge amount of nail colors. Nate done our nails; what a nice person!.
I entered the salon and all workers were busy on other clients. That was fine. But not a single one acknowledge my presence when I walked in. No hello no how are you know what are you wanting done. Nothing. I sat for 20 minutes and still nobody acknowledged me or asked where service I needed eventually walked out and even as I walked out they did not care to stop me for my business so I will never return
I got turned away at 4:23pm not knowing they closed at 4:30 but their door was unlock and open sign lit up. I only needed my eyebrows arched.
