Very friendly customer service... relaxing and overall great job on dipped nails and pedicure!!
I wouldn't recommend this place, it is a hit and miss. Once in a while you get good service. But most of the time they sit you down and make you wait until they are done with their other customer. Even after they come to you they leave to take care of other customers and do a bad job on you. I spent an hour in there for a pedicure to which the technician was only with me for maybe 20 minutes out of the hour.
Mai did a full set of dipped nails for me, and I'm in love! The work is beautiful, length and shape is consistent and the color is GORGEOUS! She truly made my experience great. Very kind. Also gave my hands and forearms a massage after finishing my nails. Pricing was completely fair. I'll definitely be returning and bringing my friends. Thanks, Mai!
First time that I came here for a pedicure I was here over 2 hours because they left me sitting in the chair alone for so long before attending to me. Gave them a second chance because they are open ok Sunday and we marinated in like warm water for over 30 minutes and then they ripped my friend and I off. We clearly pointed to the $30 pedi on the menu and at the end they charged us for the $40 pedicure bc they provided the extra services and we didn't realize it wasn't part of the regular hot stone option. They will let you make an appointment when they know good and well they don't have the staff available. You just have to wait for them to finish whoever they're working on already. Terrible. Will never return
Wow. 25$ basic pedicure was unreal. Super , super long massage. Great job. My technician was Annie. I watched others and they massage and take lots of time! Each person was offered something to drink. Unusual for a strip mall nail shop. Treat yourself...you will be glad you did! The other bad review was years ago. I guess things have changed!!
