Terrible service...customer service continues to be in decline. They churn employees more then any salon I know. I'm done with this place too much competition to continue to patronize this place. Making appointments no longer matters 30 minutes post appointment no one acknowledged that they were late or gave me the courtesy of an explanation or even hinted at how late they would be. I walked out, then magically the stylist called me to tell me they were "busy" helping out two other customers. So then why make take the appointment?!?! Wasted my precious time! Oh and if your going for hair color beware!...I'm just gonna leave it at that and put this terrible place behind me.
What a excellent experience I had! My hair really need help and I made an appointment and actually wakes in about 20 minutes early expecting to wait for Tristan but she was ready for me when I wakes in. She listened to my wants and ideas, gave me positive feed back and the. I let her do her work. I received deep conditioning, a full highlights with foil and walked out so happy with her expert skills! I will be coming back for sure!
This review was originally two star. Not because of quality, but because of a situation that occurred. I remarked in my previous that the owner seemed like a solid dude, and he just proved he is. Upon seeing my review, he got In touch with me. I explained the situation. He totally understood, and made the situation right, beyond right. This business started out in one small location. They now have two large full salons. The owner still maintains customer care and satisfaction. This place is quality. If an issue should arise, I would reach out to the owner. (Maybe not take right to Yelp) I shave my head, but take my two teenage daughters here. They will continue, and I'm happy to continue to patronize a local, small business!
not one dark pigmented person in here. not really a good spot for people of the darker pigmentation.they know how to do good peoples hair,but for the texturally challenged-no.$56 hair wash,cool!
This was my first visit to Kisner's and first time with Emily and I couldn't be more thrilled!!! She really listened to what I wanted , talked everything over with me, was knowledgeable of what she was doing, explained everything thoroughly, and it turned out amazing!!
