Small and quaint shop. Everyone was very nice and polite. My appointment was scheduled for 9am. After discussing style, hair and price, my hair was getting started at 9:15am. They offer FREE drinks and snacks as well. ONLY reason I couldn't give this shop 5 stars is because some weren't wearing a mask. I was doubled up so I felt okay to continue!! I LOVE MY HAIR!!!
This is one of the best hair braiding shops I have gone to. Jojo is excellent!!! Everyone is so nice!!! She has a very nice and comfortable and neat shop. I always get compliments about my hair. Always a pleasure when I go see Jojo.
Horrible!! Run for the hills. The braiding is too tight!! Even after telling the owner and her staff multiple times about the tight braiding, they continued with concern for myself and my daughter. I ended up having to take out my braids after paying over $300 for a simple box style that the staff could not get correct, even after multiple instructions and pictures. In the past, I have paid much less for better service. The owner did a better job with styling my daughter's hair according to the picture. However, it was entirely too tight, even after voicing to the owner to be gentle, especially with her edges. If you are looking for options to waste money, shed your hair, or watch it be pulled out of your head, definitely go here.
