Kingman #1 Nails in Kingman, AZ

Got a pedicure today, happy with it. The husband wasn't very talkative like he normally is, but that's ok. Just double check what you're being charged, could have sworn the package I bought was $35.00 but was charged $45.00....next time I will have to take a picture of their pedicure menu for future reference.

Showed up a little early for my appointment took me right in. The atmosphere was great. Everybody very friendly. needed a complete new set. They came out great beautiful color and fantastic work.

I came here to get a fill and I had an appointment and everything. me and my fiancé sat there for an hour and a half while people that came in after me got seen first. they kept staring at me so they knew I was there. I left without saying a word. I've never felt so disrespected at an establishment in my life. the smoke shop next door has better hospitality.

Came in with my sister just a few minutes ago they told us it will be an hour wait we waited for over an hour. I got a full set and it took him literally about 20 minutes to finish my nails he was rushing way to fast. I asked for an almond shape and it was more stiletto than anything. I had to go home and take the sharp tip off my self, not to mention all of them look like they are going in different directions. And also as we were waiting they had other people coming in and they said they were not taking anymore people and then as soon as another customer comes in that they knew they helped them right away. Ps. The guy with the rose tattoo is not good for fixing nails he should move to painting toe nails. I would expect it on my feet, but my hands!?!? Very unacceptable. Very unprofessional.

This is second time in a row that I made an appointment and it took over two hours. Both times my sister happened to come in half an hour after me and left half an hour before me. Second time in a row everyone else around me who is started after me is finished before me. And the owners just watched and don't say anything or mention an apology about the length of time. I ask for a manicure everytime and everytime the manicure is skipped. It's basically a polish change. Not even a cuticle oil at the end. Oh yeah, and for some reason I am always charged more than my sister when the only difference is she gets the more expensive pedicure with the paraffin wax and I get the classic pedicure without the paraffin wax. I am so pissed and ready to get out of there I forget to say anything about the price until after I leave. I'm so frustrated and disappointed because I know the owners know that I've had sub par service but they never correct it or even mention an apology for the long wait. And I still don't know why I am charged more than my sister. I don't think I'll be back unfortunately. This is the second time the wrong color dip has been applied. This time, when I asked to see the jar of dip powder to make sure it was the same color as my toes, I was told sternly it is and he wouldn't let me look at the number on the bottom of the jar.
