Went here to get my hair cut and add layers the girl was very nice wait time was like 5 minutes easy in and out and my hair looks GREAT!!
I don't know what the girl was thinking. I asked for my usual length to be trimmed, and she starts getting carried away with the clippers, cutting off almost all my hair. I had to stop her from cutting off any more. I didn't get her name; she has a large butterfly tattoo on her arm. But this was extremely terrible,by far the worst haircut. She has no business cutting hair. Because of her, I'll never go to Great Clips again.
We have been here a total of 3 times for my 3 year old son. The first 2 times were great experiences....the stylist was so nice to my son, she was very patient and it was the same girl both times. We went again today, and our normal lady wasn't there. The stylist doing it today was complete opposite. My 3 year old was particularly nervous about his haircut today. He said it tickled and hurt...he was being a bit difficult but...HE'S THREE YEARS OLD. She had absolutely no patience whatsoever and after only a couple minutes told me I should take him home for a nap and come back later, and refused to try again. We walked out with one side cut, one side half cut, and the back and top untouched. I didn't catch her name, but she had blonde-ish hair and glasses. Needless to say, I'm very unhappy with this visit. If your young child is even a little bit afraid of getting a haircut, don't go here.
I can't even make into words how horrible my hair is now compared to how it used to be. I regret going there. Avoid this place if you value your hair. Pictures speak for themselves
The lady who did my hair did a terrible job on my hair. I told her to make it all the same length and she didn't. She made it all choppy in the back and gave me an A-line haircut! (No shame towards the good people named Karen but) She gave me the Karen haircut. Then slicked my hair back and pretended like she did nothing wrong when, in fact, she made one side longer than the other! I am so pissed.
