Love Glow for tanning. The beds are always clean and you don't have to worry about not getting tan. As far as getting in without an appointment, never had an issue.

Glow is the best! Have you every had a mani/pedi and something still was just a little off or wasn't as you expected? Well, every time I get my nails done at Glow, they are just perfect...seriously! Plus, Kim's personality is so fun and she is really cool to talk with. I never feel pressured or awkward at Glow, that's why I keep coming back. Kim has been doing nails for years and is really great at being on top of trends and has a great color selection. Every manicure I've had seems to last a week longer than any other. That's saying a lot as I'm a nurse and wash my hands constantly. I love Glow!

My husband and I wanted to start tanning so that we would be ready to go on a Caribbean vacation later this spring. He had never been tanning before and I had been a couple times years ago. The woman who was working when we stopped in was very informative and nice. She didn't seem like a tanning know-it-all and was patient in explaining all the different beds and pricing to us. Every time since we have gone in we have been met by super friendly staff, a relaxed and open environment. Very clean, peaceful, and fair pricing.

I bought a coupon for Glow on living social deals and was very excited as I lived close by and was looking for a new place to get a pedicure. I arrived on time for my 6:00 pm appointment. I checked in and the receptionist said that they would be with me in a minute, that my appt was with Christy and she was just finishing up.And then I sat and sat and sat, around 6:30 - another woman sat next to me. A few minutes later, a young woman, I found out later was Christy came out and gave us some forms. I told her right away I had a 6:00 apt, (it was now 6:35) - she was flip and said " I know". The woman who had sat down next to me said her apt was at 6:30. At 6:40 she put us both in pedicure chairs - my water was lukewarm. She started working on the 6:30 appt. I asked if someone else was going to be working on me - again she was short and huffy and said yes she was finishing up. I again told her my apt was at 6:00 ( it was now almost 6:50) A few minutes later, Kimberly came and introduced her self. She was delightful and apologetic. I told her my apt was with Christy - they tried to blame the almost hour delay on confusion. I doubt it since Christy must have known her schedule and I told her several times I was the 6:00 appt. Kimberly was very nice and did a great pedicure. She did give me a 25.00 gift certificate to come back - I am not sure I will due to the rude way Christy treated me. I think she was manipulative and knew she was late, so she gave the unsatisfied customer to Kimberly on purpose. I tipped Kimberly, well and left my 6:00 appointment - two hours later. the only reason I even gave them two stars was because of Kimberly. She was very kind. Christy - rude and manipulative.
