Made an appt. On 9/2 for 9/5 3:00.arrived on time. Reminded I had a 3:00 with Kim the owner. Her husband who works with her, turned on the water for a pedi and told me it was ready... said I am only here for either a dip or acrylic nails, or possibly just my own. Wanted her advice, not a pedi. Asked to pick out color. After 20 min. With no other customer...Her husband proceeded to take off my preciously dipped nails, and Kim was still with a client... in the process he broke one of my own nails. Told me to wash my hands and when I came back, he wanted to continue . Kim was now done with her client, after I waited for 45 min... asked.. isn't Kim going to do my nails... told No!! You did not show last Thursday for your appt. Told him I never made one for last week, but he repeated 2 more times that I had ! . Showed me his book. I said,"That is not me! I made an appt. For today last Sat. Said he wasn't there on Sat.! Paid the $15 plus tip... and said I was leaving. Kim did not have any other customer, and did not offer to do mine! Walked out. Then, I checked my "recent " calls on my phone. Showed Sat. Kim's Nails. Walked back in, hit speed dial, their phone started ringing and showed him my recent call that showed Sat. Then apologized and NOW said, it must have been a different Karen... I agreed and walked out. Again, Kim did not come out to try to make amends. Did not appreciate that I was made out to be a liar! Also, not being told that Kim would not be doing my nails from the start, and now a broken nail tip, does not help the situation.They do and can, speak English, though they chose not to communicate well to me.
Went here to get my nails done. Wanted a light pink shellac and it was extremely streaky and they didn't even try to fix or ask if I want a different color. When I asked if they could fix they put a glitter top coat on top. Don't recommend.
Horrible experience!! made a appointment ahead of time and i walked into the empty shop and acted like they didn't have time for me. the lady was mad i wanted a soak off and not get my nails redone. when she was soaking off my nails she took a tool and when under my nail and ripped off the nail polish and didn't soak it off like any other salon. charged me 25 dollars for a soak off and it was awful. wouldn't recommend.
The best customer service. You will not be disappointed. Also, it's a huge plus that the location is very clean and neat. I have had many mani's and it has been a great experience. It's locate next to VI pets and Stanley Harris cosmetology school.
