I have had a love hate relationship with Great Clips. Now I will never return. Today, I checked in on line and when I arrived at the location I found not one but two stylists wearing short clear shields no masks. These shields offer no protection to customers or stylists. Found the same at the Washington location too. I went to a competitor and guess what everyone was wearing the proper PPE. I guess at Great Clips one cannot stop stupid.

Very fast service, friendly, quality haircut depending on who you get. They have free suckers at checkout, so if you didn't enjoy the haircut, eat your sorrows away! Reasonably priced haircuts, with a $2 senior discount! Prices go up every time I come in, I'm not if they just don't like me or? Either way, would recommend.

I check in using the app on my phone, I do this about every 5 weeks. This is the only salon I have used for the last 5 years. Today the app says my expected wait time is 102 minutes. I run some errands and head to the salon about one hour after checking in. I arrive at the salon...they don't have me on their list. They don't have any record of me. The only solution they can offer is to add me to the line. The last time I was here a new hair stylist gave me a really bad hair cut. Two strikes for great clips. Maybe I need a new salon?

They were steady, yet I experienced no wait at all. I had Ashley and she was super friendly and conversational. She did an excellent job getting my hair to look more professional. I'd definetly go back! I think I was in and out in less than 30 minutes! Pretty good I think!
