Avoid this salon unless you don't want your hair appointment honored. Had two haircuts here in the past. First time, Son did a fairly good job with my haircut. However, he made me wait extra 30 minutes so he can cut his friend's hair who decided to show up without an appointment. Second time, I had an appointment for my daughter and myself. I requested my haircut be done by Son. When I got there on time, Son was cutting another person's hair. When he was done, it was 20 minutes after my appointment time. As he was wrapping up, his friend shows up not wearing a mask and coughing. Son approached me to ask if he can cut his friend's hair real quick before mine. I told him absolutely "NO." I reminded him I had an appointment and he was already running late on me. So he cut my hair instead if his buddy. He told his buddy to come back in 30 minutes. What? That meant he was going to rush with me. Most haircuts usually take some time. Anyhow, I was desperate because I haven't gotten a haircut over a year from this pandemic. In the end, my haircut was ok and he cut it 3 inches shorter than I wanted. Son needs to honor his clients appointments and not sneak his buddies in front of the clients who made actual appointments. Never returning here and making sure my family/friends doesn't either.

Been coming here for the last decade to get my haircuts. Walk-ins are rare because they're also full booked-- you gotta call to reserve a spot. It gets really busy most of the time that you could end up waiting an hour over your booking. But still prefer to come over other salons that charge you 3x the price for the same quality cut.

Really rude! I called to make an appointment with Mr. Son for my haircut and asked if they have others service like straightening...but somelady picked the phone and talked like she was annoying and then suddenly hung up left me had no idea what is going on. Respect your customers mam' !

Old customer of anh son... he has alway taking care of me.. good service, quick and he alway have time for me

Been here for about a year and had nothing to complain about Son, the barber. Except for today (07/18/2018), coming into this place with my appointment at 5pm, Son made me wait for an hour while he was taking the other dudes in who were walk-ins. One of those guys lied and said he had an appointment at 5pm. Too bad for that dude, I got proof!!! Bad barber from keeping track of his appointments!!
