Bedolla Salon in San Jose, CA

I've been going to Gustavo at Bedolla Salon in San Jose for years. I have curly frizzy hair when I come my hair is a mess, every time I leave I look like a brand new person. Gustavo is a miracle worker fantastic at coloring, cutting, extraordinary ability to blow dry my hair straight. I have attached pictures of before and after I highly recommend going to Bedolla Salon you will not be disappointed!

Gustavo is the best! I've lived in the Bay Area my whole life and haven't found a good stylist until now. I love my new hair cut and Gustavo showed me two different ways to style it... I love my new waves. Can't wait for the full color soon!

Gustavo has been doing our family's hair for years. Professional, creative, attentive and always listens to what we want. Always on time. Great service, always goes the extra mile to accommodate our schedules. We are a "picky family" and Gustavo does not disappoint - every time we visit. Highly recommend for both men and women.

This is so hard to do because I have been at Bedolla Salon a couple times and have had my hair done with Gustavo and Humberto and everything was fantastic. This last time I went like two weeks ago was so disappointing, I had made an appointment probably a month before wrote it down and made my schedule for that day. I understood 2pm but at 12pm I got a call from Gustavo letting me know I was late, I let him know I understood 2pm but I would get there asap. When I got there he seem upset and started telling me my hair was in really bad shape and couldn't do what I wanted him to do. That is totally understandable but what made me upset is how he was literally almost screaming at me and there was other clients at the salon and kept scalding me. I felt belittle and embarrassed. I didn't really say anything because I was in shock that he was speaking to me that way and he literally seem more interested on another client that Humberto was working with then what he was doing on my hair. After everything He ended up doing a root touch up and cutting me hair ( he never asked what I wanted for the haircut) and noticed he had cut the damaged hair that he was telling me why he couldn't do belayed on me again. Idk if he was having a hard day or something was going on but I did feel disappointment and put on the spot. I feel that no matter what is going on we have to be professional. Will not be returning. Also wanted to add the Humberto is always nice and has great customer service.

Gustavo is super duper good. Highly recommended. Always have great jobs. I have been going to Bedolla for many years!!!!! Thank You
