They messed up my 1 year old's haircut. It was a normal cut to just to trim it down and his hair was uneven on the back .We were also the first A.M appointment on a Saturday and the kids chair was covered with hair. Not worth $19.00
Absolutely disgusting and filthy! Do not go here! Hair all over the floor that wasn't swept up all day from previous haircuts. I even went to put my one year old in one of the airplane seats and there was hair piled up in there, so gross!! The icing on the cake was when we were leaving my daughter went to get a lollipop and there was even hair in the basket!! So so gross! My daughters hair cut was bad as well, do not go here!
After being yelled at that I was 5 minutes late and she wouldn't have enough time for my boys, the stylist didn't let my sons play video games. I specifically asked for a clean up for both, which she gave. Combined for BOTH of my boys i was there for 20 minutes total and she charged me for cuts. Last time I come here.
Very happy with the service and was able to get a same day appt which is key with kids!
Easy to make appointments online. Have been here several times to-date. Hairdresser always extremely patient with my special needs child.
