Bella Capelli Salon in Clark, NJ

Absolutely terrible experience that ruined my entire day. I came for a color appointment. The stylist was great and did a great job but the way the rest of the staff treated me was unacceptable. I was told there was no time to dry my hair. I said no problem I can dry it myself as it is fall outside and is very cold. One of the stylists told me not a problem. I have very short hair it took me about 5-8 minutes to dry my hair. The entire time I was doing it I saw people snickering rolling their eyes at me and making faces. I thought maybe it was in my head. As I came to pay the same exact person that told me no problem blow dry your hair told me that I wasn't supposed to do that and next time I cannot do that like I was being cheap by drying my own hair. What I would have loved is for a stylist to dry my hair but I was told nobody was available. Should have probably been something that was discussed with me when I was booking the appointment in person. It is just sad and hurtful the mean girl attitude these women had. I will absolutely never be back. I think management should really reconsider how they treat paying customers that tip 25%. Thank you for ruining my day.

Gina is awesome and her salon is beautiful. I took my 13 year old son there as he's growing his hair long and she layered it so now he has those surfer waves. Looks awesome .

I had an amazing experience at Bella Capelli! My hairstylist Amanda went above and beyond to give me exactly what I wanted. I started off with a short bob haircut and wanted my hair back to my usual length. She took her time carefully placing the extensions to where they would blend seamlessly. She also cut and colored my hair once the extensions were in and it came out beyond perfect! She took her time and really cared about what she was doing. The salon is so cute and beautifully decorated! Everything was very clean and trendy. I came back again to get the service done a second time and will continue to come back time and time again. I highly recommend Amanda, Bella capelli, and staff, you will not be disappointed!!

I love everything about this salon. Gina the owner did an amazing job on getting my blonde back. The salon is immaculate, the staff is so friendly and Gina herself is an amazing owner who truly cares about you as the customer. I'm so glad I found her.

This salon is AMAZING. I see Jess and she is so talented and never lets me leave feeling unsatisfied. All of the stylists and staff are welcoming and wonderful, and the salon it's self is stunning. HIGHLY recommend!!!
