This place is incredible and Ryleigh is truly a miracle worker! I brought my 2 year old son in for his first haircut. He has curly hair and absolutely hates having it brushed so I was nervous for how it would go and, quite frankly, it went terribly. He hated it and screamed the entire time. But Ryleigh was totally unphased, asked us to make sure we held his hands down for safety, and she went to work cutting through his tears, screaming and squirming. She is a rockstar!! The other staff member and customers were so sweet and understanding assuring us this is common and he did just fine. By the end of it, Ryleigh gave him lollipops and he was smiling and telling us he loved it. I will definitely be coming back!

Ryleigh was AH-MAZE-ING! She gave my daughter a fantastic cut, made her feel like a total diva rock star and was an absolute delight! Great service! Great price. 5 is not enough stars!!

Let me first start off by saying that I have been coming to this location for my son since we moved to the area in 2018. Generally speaking, the place is pretty clean, and the staff is decent, although some stylists are better than others. That said, the reason for my lower rating is due to their ridiculous policies (seemingly since the Pandemic, but not talking about the safety factors). Most recently, we had an appointment in which due to traffic, we were 7 minutes late. 7 minutes. Upon walking in, I was told that I missed my appointment window and there was no one to cut my sons hair because "our stylists have to pick up their kids". Honestly i thought it came off as rude, but I let it go. Then I get a text that I was a no call/no show to the appointment. In 4 years of coming here, this is my 2nd time being late. The first time, I'm not sure I even hit 5 minute late mark, and was also told then that I missed the appointment "window". I am usually in and out of the place in about 10 minutes, so it shouldn't be unreasonable to still take an appointment for being a few minutes late, especially considering it almost never happens. The other thing that irked me, and should have been my queue stop bringing my kids here, was how many of their "promotional and safety" emails were worded during the pandemic. While I appreciated the safety protocols, it seemed not everyone followed them correctly (and believe me, they had very specific rules that you had to follow, some of which were ridiculous). So for those people, whoever handles their e-mail marketing decided it was wise to literally berate and scold parents as if they were children themselves. So much so, that it was actually a topic of hilarious conversation with a handful of parents. All I can say is to do better by your customers and loosen some of your policies. For now at least, I can no longer support a business that can't support or accommodate their customers when rare situations arise.

My granddaughter is scared to death of water we can't wash her hair or brushes it ! She looks like no one cares about her ! She just turn 4 so we decided to Take her there they were outstanding I highly recommend this business for any child ! Our stylist has the patients of an angel she was still scared but not as much And the end result she looks like cinderella when she left !

Shannon did a fabulous job! She was patient, experienced, helpful in deciding what cut to choose. I'd absolutely recommend her, and will be choosing her for our future cuts!
