Q Nails & Spa in Voorhees Township, NJ

I have been getting my nails done here (super short) for more than a decade. They last nearly FOUR WEEKS each time I get the full set done/filled in. They always look great as oppressed to my nasty nails chewed down to nubs like they would be if I didn't keep acrylic on them. I love the way they do them- they never make me feel bad for asking for them to be cut down super duper short - even if it's unusual and most people want them longer. They don't question why I get tips put on just to file and cut 95% of them off. (I do it to keep me from biting!) They are fast, but careful and they never burn me with the dremel like EVERY other place has done when I go in asking for super short nails. The sisters who own/run the place are incredibly kind, hard working and are the epitome of a local small business- they kept it going during Covid even though it was so hard and they got vaccinated to protect thier vulnerable customers like myself- plus they took every precaution they could. They have always been wonderful to my (very well behaved) children (But for real- PLEASE, for everyone 's sake - if your kids aren't super quiet & extremely polite & well behaved : DON'T take them to a nail salon- it's NOT the place for most kids!) I would never go anywhere else because thier prices are always fair, thier service is careful - quick - accurate -thier work is both beautiful and durable and they are kind & professional to all thier clients. I've had my eyebrows done at times, gotten many pedicures and probably had 1,000 sets of acrylics and refills done over more than a decade and they'll have my business until the day they close up shop. Here's to hoping I'm old and grey long before that happens!

I really like the work they do here. I went to Akoi a few months ago and loved it, but don't like how expensive it was and needing an appointment. This place is next door to padmas where I get my eyebrows threaded, so it feels like one stop shopping. Definitely not the most glamorous place. As a matter of fact I usually see a fly roaming around when I'm there. But the staff are friendly and they do good work. They always ask me about what I'm up to and are funny which is nice. Not overly serious or wrapped up in conversation with each other. Pedicure and manicure is 30 bucks and many times I've gotten a standard mani and people ask if it's gel. Have not been displeased and this will continue to be my go to place
