Visited last Thursday for a pedicure .. ok service but that's not what the complaint is about. This Tuesday I was having bad pain in my big toe, didn't really pay attention because I thought it was due to my shoes or something. Today which makes a week from when I visited I looked at my big toe and seen that it was infected. NEVER have I had this happen to me before all the years I've been getting my toes done. NEVER!! So I don't know if the materials were dirty or she went to deep into my toe but this had caused me MAJOR pain. Never going back.
I had a great experience at this salon. My mom and sister have been going for years and I finally tried it. I was very happy with the manicure (dip). The owner Kim is very sweet and everyone is very efficient. It is extremely clean (100 health rating) and I can tell that they have MANY regular customers.
Avoid at all cost. Horrible. Came into town on vacation and decided to get my gel nails redone. Should have waited until I got home. Bad decision to go here. Within 24 hours my nails are already breaking and chipping. Pictures worth a thousand words.
