KELLY NAILS in Avon, IN

My experience at Kelly Nails was one of the oddest manicures I've ever had done. The staff is so rude and awkward! Only compliment I could give to the woman who did my nails is that she's a pro at multitasking. She was able to hold an entire phone conversation through her Airpods while keeping up with a text thread on her cell phone while also chatting with the other staff WHILE doing my nails.
In the end I do have to say that my nails looked really nice and she did a great job on them, but ultimately they didn't last long. It was $25 for a regular manicure. I just felt so uncomfortable the whole time and part of going to a nail salon is the relaxing experience. Won't be back here.

Always have a great experience getting my nails done here. All of them are very thorough and nice every visit. Very clean environment as well!

I really wanted to have a good experience here after reading so many bad reviews, but unfortunately I can't say anything better.

I brought my goddaughter and cousin here for pedicures to celebrate a birthday. I also got a manicure, because I was traveling and wanted to have my nails done.

I opted for gel on my nails so it would stay on during my trip and regular polish on my toes.

Honestly, I would only give them one star, but I am giving two because the lady who did the pedicure for my goddaughter was wonderful with her!

My nails were painted three days ago and I already don't have any polish on one of the finger nails on my right hand and my thumb is completely chipped off at the top. I paid over $50 to get a gel manicure and it's already ruined.

While the lady was painting my nails I noticed she wasn't painting to the very top. I let her know and she told me not to worry, while she continued talking on the phone to someone. She was on a phone call the whole time she painted my nails and clearly not paying attention to me.

I'm so disappointed and want a full refund!

Horrible, customer service, and horrible work! I have tried them out twice and was very disappointed both times, save your money and your time!

the staff is very rude.
i walked in today for a fill and was told to pick a color. i was at the color station for maybe 40 seconds before one of the ladies just stands behind my shoulder while i'm picking a color and says "did you pick a color yet??" the color selection is the smallest i've ever seen a nail salon have, and i said "no, i don't think you guys have my color" she proceeds to say "well then go to another salon that has it". i don't usually write reviews, negative or positive- but this was just downright poor customer service. no reason to stand behind a customer while they pick a color, and especially no reason to be rude. 1 star all around.
