RIO NAILS AVON in Avon, IN

If I could give zero or negative stars I would. I went in to get my nails done, showed him the picture and picture of the nail shape. He kept getting the shape all wrong. 3 hours into my appointment, I kept telling him the shape was wrong and he wasn't fixing it. I sat there for over 3 hours with him not understanding at all, even after showing him pictures multiple times. I finally told him I did not like my nails, but I do not have time to sit here any longer. My right hand nails are way shorter than my left hand. All my nails are different shapes and sizes.
I call the next day to talk to someone about this and he ends up saying I was being disrespectful for walking in without an appointment and that if I was not satisfied with my nails then I should have told him (even though I did multiple times). After about 5 minutes he hands the phone to a CUSTOMER getting her nails done. She starts telling me that I have deeper rooted problems other than getting my nails done and starts questioning my PARENTING?? Then ANOTHER customer gets on the phone and starts going OFF on me about how everything in my life cannot be perfect. I am BEYOND floored at what happened and that a business would hand the phone to a customer. I have no idea how they are still in business.

Crap business, makes you wait forever just so they can take their regulars with no appointment. Then after waiting they charge you $70 for poor quality work only to tell you they won't fix it when you ask because they make up an excuse.

Great family-owned nail salon! I called for a appointment & booked a pedicure for a Tuesday afternoon- didn't have an issue getting in.

There isn't a huge selection of gel/regular polishes, but there were enough to work with! The service lasted about thirty minutes and a good majority of it was the massage (which I loved). Overall, this wasn't the best pedicure I've had, but definitely one of the nicest owner's I've met!! For the price, you really can't go wrong.

i got my nails last saturday so not even a full week yet i got a gel full set. now i'm very easy on my nails today i found a crack in some of my nails and two of them came off. so i went ahead and took them all of while i did that u experienced that my cuticles weren't touched at all and now the beds of my nails are all jacked up and really sore. I didn't go to the regular place I usually go to because they were all booked up and I needed my nails done for an event this weekend. So now I have to go and get them redone I do not recommend this place at all and I really want a refund.

the worst place, I was fine with them but you really make your appointments and they see whoever they want before, I also called to make an appointment and the very rude man told me we are full, then I tried to call again and they had blocked my phone number.  So I tried to get my sister-in-law to make the appointment for me, so they attended me and charged me $55 for my nails and it was the worst job they've done for me in years, I guess the man really doesn't want clients who are loyal to them.  I'm super upset did I say upset I'm furious. DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE IF YOU WANT SOMETHING GOOD.
