They were incredibly rude. I was so surprised by their attitude when I called to make an appointment and I ended up having to go somewhere else. It's okay, though, because I really didn't want these people touching my hands, anyway. The guy named Keith gave me the run around to try to avoid giving me a refund on my gift certificate. No wonder his last salon went out of business! My boyfriend got the refund and we filed a BBB complaint.

I bought a Groupon voucher to New Day Spa as a gift to my girlfriend. The business would not help her because she had a broken thumbnail and she ended up going elsewhere. She called New Day Spa back to ask for a refund at the number listed on Groupon, 410-360-9559, and was told this is a personal cell phone and all Groupon questions must be directed to 443-867-6786. The latter number did not work, so she called back and confirmed it. The person at the original number confirmed the number even though it does not work, would not give his name, and refused to help further. I then called myself and he gave the number 443-867-6787. This number is not listed online and went to the voicemail of someone named "Malcom" who sounded like a thug. It appears that immediately after she called to request a refund he marked the Groupon voucher as being claimed. We are following up with the Better Business Bureau.

I came in using a Groupon deal for a mani/pedi, having never heard of this salon before but willing to give it a try. Mary did my nails, and was super friendly, kept up a great conversation, but the mani/pedi was just so-so. My cuticles aren't nearly as neat as they've been when I've had my nails done at other locations, but the gel manicure looks good. As for the facility itself, it's a bit non-descript, and easy to pass by if you're not looking for it, and is a bit small inside. The staff all seemed to know their clients very well, and the customers who came in while I was there seemed to be comfortable and familiar with everyone. However, judging by the other customers I saw, I wasn't impressed with any of the hairstyles being offered. Overall, it was an OK visit and worth the money I spent on the Groupon, but I doubt that I'd go back to pay full price for services.

I would give 0 stars if I could!! I had a horrible experience! I got a groupon for a haircut highlights and style. I made an appointment with Keith. He was very friendly but he did not seem like he knew what he was doing. First of all he went against my wishes and used 2 or 3 different colors for my hair (when all I wanted was to get my roots touched up to blonde, how hard could it be). Well apparently, very! I was there for over 3 hours. My roots turned orange and he said he could fix it. Well after toning my hair 3 times, not only did my roots look like crap but now my hair all over was greenish gray!! I walked in with blonde hair and came out with dark green!! Omg I was so upset, I had to go to another salon to get it fixed. Beware...if you love your hair don't go here!! I couldn't believe someone with so much "experience" as he claims could mess up my hair so badly!! He then tried to tell me if I'm menstruating it could affect the hair color. LOL..ok...anyways worst hair experience of my LIFE!! I do NOT recommend this place to anyone!! Also don't push your products down the customers throat.
