Wouldn't even give it one star. Went for a pedicure and full set and during the pedicure they weren't even going to cut my toenails or clean them up. I had to ask for them to cut them (I am 9 months pregnant). Nails are absolutely horrendous and they were rushing the whole time but still managed to take over 2 hours. Also cut me 4 times while doing my nails and bled. Absolutely terrible. Nails are completely uneven and the place smelled of cigarette smoke and was muggy. Disgusting.
Personally I think this is an ok place to go to but sometimes there is only one person doing nails and toes which can be a really long wait I went with my mom and ended up staying there so I'd hours just to do my nails
i was waiting for my friend to get her pedicure waiting until she was done so we could leave (mind you i am supposed to be coming back on saturday to get my nails AND toes done) now i won't be. she asked if i was getting my nails done and i said no because i was patiently waiting so i could come back with my husband for a spa date (just checking out the place) when i told her no she told me to turn the massage chair off... VERY RUDE!!!

Not the exact color I wanted. Still pretty color. They were friendly.
I got there at 12:30 P.M.
Got my toes and nails done.
The one of the issue is that the lady who did my nails was in the phone the whole time.
Then she left me there for 20 mins while my nails soaked. Then she left me there while I dried my nails.
After a few rounds of drying I waited for her to come back to check my nails. She didn't. I went to get her.
I had to change chairs 4 times....ugh!
Left at 3:35 P.M.
Bit to long for me.
They pass you around letting one person start on your nails and then have another person finish. You chose exactly what you want. (In my case was powder dip.)only to have the 2nd nail tech mess up and say they "didn't know" & now you have to pick a whole other color/service (shellac) So disappointing & it's not like they discount the price for THIER mistakes. Still got to pay full price for something you don't like.
