Poor quality work, rushed through cut my toe and had a hard time getting it to stop bleeding. Didn't let my feet soak before trying to remove dead skin on toes. He did the same thing on my hands. No soak at all on mani, rushed through didn't even apply lotion. Don't waste your money here.
The worst manicure that I have ever gotten. It was a mess! I had Shellac put on my nails and it was such a waste of money. I would have complained, but this is where my mom gets her nails done. The person who did my nails didn't shape my nails or try to make them even at all. I chose a color that is somewhat transparent and therefore it is more than obvious that my nails are all different colors. The Shellac is "cooked" onto my skin. I could have done a better job myself.
I was not impressed with the service. Even the nail polish was not painted on correctly. He only did one coat. Just a half a$$ job on the pedicure.
I was excited to get another nail salon in town. They started out good but now I have made two prior appointments and had to wait over hour each time as not enough staff. Thought I would give it one last try, made appointment and again had to wait an hour plus as only one person doing nails ...everyone else walked in and got pedicures but not enough technicians to do appointments for regular nails. Not coming back here again.
I don't get many pedicures, but today I went on a whim and I had a great experience. There was no waiting and I thought the gentleman who worked on my feet did a thorough job. The water was a tad hot when I first put my feet in the bath but then the temperature was perfect. I got my massage chair working and felt very relaxed the whole time. They did the nail and cuticle trim, leg and foot rub, and exfoliated/moisturized my calloused feet. I liked the little flip flops they gave me and did not feel rushed when I was drying my feet. The people who run this place are very efficient and polite - I will probably find myself coming back in the near future :)
