I visit this nail shop on 06/9/2023. During my visit I received services for a pedicure and mani overlay. During my pedicure session, I begin to get a very bad sting under my feet and when I looked down my water was bloody, I immediately removed my feet from the water and made the nail tech aware of it. She looked at it and begin to giggle and speak of another language to the other worker in there, whose name is Anna. I told her my foot was burning really bad and bleeding and asked her to get a towel and something to make sure It does not become infected. She looked at me and again begin to giggle and put her hands up as if to tell me to be quiet. I was very irritated and explained to her being quiet was not an option because my foot was burning extremely bad. When I lift my right foot all the way up I realized there was a big gash (cut) on my heel area. I had to wipe it down myself and apply pressure and even had to ask for a bandaid to place pressure to get the blessing to stop. I was so angry. because they had already start soaking my overlay off my hands I could not leave and did not want a physical confrontation. I ask them to call the owner of the shop and they would not. I told them I was not paying for the service and they insisted that I did, To not be a victim or get myself in legal trouble I paid and left. Each day I called back for the owner information and was not given it. I stopped by there today 06/14/2023 and the gentleman working in there told me it was nothing he could do. I asked him why they would not return my $120 because of the injury and the act I still can't put a shoe on and the pain keeps me up at night. He asked me if I had insurance and said the insurance should take care of it. He called the owner and the owner said "why you wait until today. And the lady that did it is not there today so we dont know her side of the story, but I am not giving money back and your foot will heel in a few days and it will all be over". I became angry so I left, took pictures of the shop and showed them my bloody foot from that day. There has been no resolve. i am searching to report this to the Board of license and Health Department. This is the worse experience along with the pain in my foot ever
